Flight Attendant – London Base

Key Responsibilities:
*Carry out inflight safety and security procedures
*Provide excellent customer service which exceeds passengers’ expectations
*Anticipate and respond to passengers’ needs promptly and in a professional manner

Requirements:

· You must be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with a pass (Grade C) in English.

· You must be entitled to live and work in the United Kingdom.

· You must be 18 or above.

· A minimum arm-reach of 208cm and physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment.

· Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Tagalog or Korean. A third language is preferable.

· Polished interpersonal skills with a positive customer-oriented attitude.

· Previous experience in the service industry is preferable.

· Given legislation controlling access to restricted zones at all UK airports, you will be required to successfully complete a Police Act Disclosure Application before employment can be confirmed. This is in addition to references we will also need to obtain from previous employers.

応募資格

[学　歴] 大学卒業以上の学歴を有していること（※ 大学等在籍中でも、卒業単位取得済みで2015年12月頃の入社が可能な方は応募可能）

[国　籍] 日本国籍であること

[年　齢] 女性：20歳～28歳 男性：20歳～30歳

[身　長] 女性：160cm ～ 175cm 男性：165cm ～ 182cm（※ 身長及び体重は、エントリーシートに明記すること）

[健　康] 航空機乗務に際し、必要な体力を有し、健康であること。（ベトナム民間航空局の定める健康診断を合格して頂く必要があります。）

[語学力等]

●英語：TOEIC550点以上、TOEFL500点以上または、IELTS5.0ポイント以上のスコアを取得されている方、もしくは、流暢な会話及び正確な読み書きができる方。

●正しい日本語（標準語）を明確に話すことができる方

[居住地] ベトナムに渡航し、ハノイ市またはホーチミン市での居住が可能であること

[その他]

●外向的で明るく、コミュニケーション能力が優れている方
●チームワークを重んじ、異なる国籍の人との出会いを楽しみ仲良くできること
●犯罪歴が無いこと
●2017年まで有効な旅券を所有していること

Step 1　エントリーシートをご記入の上、メールにて送信ください。

Step 2　メール送信後、次の書類・資料をご準備の上、郵送してください。

〇 記入済みエントリーシート（必ず顔写真を貼付してください）
〇 パスポートのコピー（人定および有効期限が記載されているページ）
〇 英文の卒業証明書または卒業見込証明書コピー
〇 英語の資格証明書コピー（TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTSの得点をお持ちの方は必ず提出してください。）
〇 在職証明書（提出が可能な方のみ）
〇 顔写真1枚（4×6cm）および全身写真1枚（直近に撮影したもの）
